This year is 2011, in my country it's the NEKO YEAR (unlike other countries it's the Rabid Year XD)_the year will be name serially as the name of 12 Zodiac animals: Mouse, Ox, Tiger, Cat/Rabid, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Goat, Monkey, Chicken, Dog and Pig . Today is 1st January in Lunar Calendar, so HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone :D .

The fruit behind Lucchini is watermelon . It is one of the most important things that can NOT NOT have in Tết.
Vietnamese Green tea is our daily drinks. (It is cheaper than Japanese Green tea and it is bitter, so maybe it is harder to drink than JP green tea XD. How ever it is really good for your health )

Amano with Apricot Blossom. This kind of flower is our Spring symbol, and juz available in the South. In the North of Viet Nam, the spring symbol is Peach Blossom.
So you can see in the North and the South of Viet Nam is different desu ne :D. But the same thing is we love Tết Holidays

Momohime with Phalaenopsis Orchid. Even that Orchid's flower bloom during the year. But in Spring we usually buy them to make the house more colorful, they are beautiful isn't it
Chrysanthemum. They usually be used to worship, so they are also important because in the last day of the year we will welcome our forefather's soul back home :D
